Don't contact him and blather about how you got ripped off and his shop stinks, etc etc. Be very factual with him and lay out all the facts, have everything documented and presented to him in the form of a fax or mail copies to him and call him the day it arrives. Let him know you will be calling the BBB and if you really want to put the screws to him, let him know you will be contacting the local news stations for a "buyer beware" story. The most important part is to be as CALM and PROFESSIONAL as possible. A business owner isnt going to take you seriously if you come across as a ranting idiot, even if you are right. Rant to your dog as soon as you get off the phone with him, he may not give a shit anyway, but hey if he wants to be blacklisted by the BBB and be on a buyers beware story (which local news LOVE to report) then so be it. If all else fails contact some russian mafioso in Vegas to pay these shops a vist, lol, lk. Seriously though as a relatively new member to the Z32 community, the best advice i can give you is to thoroughly research any work you are doing or are having done to your Z here at TTnet. The collection of knowledge in these posts and the collection of very Z knowledgeable people in this forum is INVALUABLE. Search for what you plan on doing and find out what you need to know, if it isnt posted already here, someone will definitely reply to any questions you may have, or can recommend/warn you about shops at the very least. And as far as questions about TT engine / drivetrain work here on TTnet is concerned, it's like asking chinese people if they know anything about rice. Really sorry to hear about you getting screwed, incompetency is a growing plague in this country, people just dont give a shit about anything anymore and everyone else seems to be willing to accept it.
